you can add that special someone to your widget and check on them anytime. (we not implying anything like stalking, by the way 😑)
1.long-press the app icon and tap "edit home screen."
2.tap the "+" in the top left corner of the screen and select "whoo."
3.choose one or three people and tap "add to widget."
4.long-press the widget and tap "edit widget."
5.from "select," you can change the friends displayed on the widget.
please note that widget updates are not instantaneous; they don't happen every minute. if you can't wait for an update, open the app and find that special someone😎
